At Thera You, By engaging in therapy services with us, you agree to maintain confidentiality of all personal information shared during sessions.
The following terms and conditions (the “Terms of Use” or the “Agreement”) constitute an agreement between you and Thera-you. The operator of Thera-you and related websites, applications, services and mobile applications, and all associated services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Thera-you and on/in which these Terms of Use are posted or referenced. For the purposes of these Terms of Use, the “Services” include, without limitation, scheduling pages maintained by Thera-you on behalf of third parties and appointment scheduling technology integrated into third party websites. This Agreement constitutes a contract between you and us that governs your access and use of the Services. What does that mean? It means that by accessing and/or using our Services, you agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree, then you may not use the Services. As used in this Agreement, “you” means any visitor, user, or other person who accesses our Services; whether or not such person registered for a Thera-you Account.
